I can help guide you with good training form and technique with all exercises that are right for you. I can also push you through a workout program to keep you getting results on a regular basis. You can be accountable to me, your Professional Personal Trainer to keep you on track and to reach your fitness and looking good goals. In addition, I can custom and design a nutritional/supplement meal plan for  you online to fit around your busy schedule. Also, I can check your bodyfat percentage every 1-2 weeks to make sure you are doing the right thing in keeping you going in the right direction. You will look and feel the difference! 

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE PRICES

Note: In home Training Sessions are subjected to an additional fee that can be discussed

Each Training Session is 45-60 minutes and billed after each 15 minutes over

1 session - $90
5 sessions - $400 ($80 each session)
10 sessions - $650 ($65 each session or $54.16 each session with SPECIAL OFFER)
25 sessions - $1500 ($60 each session or $50 for each session with SPECIAL OFFER)
50 sessions - $2750 ($55 each session or $45.83 for each session with SPECIAL OFFER)


PAY BY THE WEEK PRICES

1 session - $90
2 sessions per week - $150 – ($75 each session)
3 sessions per week - $195 – ($65 each session)
4 sessions per week - $220 – ($55 each session)
 

BODYFAT TEST

1 Body Fat Test - $30
5 Body Fat Tests - $125 ($25 each test)
10 Body Fat Tests - $200 ($20 each test)
 

SHOW PREP/PRE-CONTEST or an IMPORTANT EVENT

Complete show prep for Bodybuilders, Physique, Figure and Bikini Athletes that includes recommendations and weekly changes for meal plans, supplements, cardio, specific exercise advice, 9 point body fat test (calipers) and weekly meetings (30 - 45 minutes) and posing help if needed. You have access to me thru e-mail and/or text from 8 am – 8 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday from 8 am – 5 pm.

20 week prep - $1400 ($70 per session) 
18 week prep - $1350 ($75 per session)
16 week prep - $1280 ($80 per session)

OFF-SEASON TRAINING

Initial Start up includes growth meal plans, workout/exercises and cardio plans for you to build muscle mass in the off-season while staying lean. Start up meeting plan and then meet every 4 weeks for check up and evaluation.


Initial Start up Consultation in person or on-line meeting - $150
30 – 45 minute monthly evaluation meeting - $75

Note: All non-members must pay a daily fee directly to the gym if they are not a member.

This offer is only for existing clients who have purchased training sessions in advance. Pay on ten (10) or more sessions at the half way mark in your training package and you will get two (2) additional sessions free. For every ten (10) sessions that are paid in advance get two (2) free. Prices subjected to change throughout the year with month to month discounts. Special offer does not apply to payment plans, pay by the week, body fat tests, show prep or off-season training.



 

 

HOW TO GET STARTED

  1.  Call, text or e-mail me to set up an appointment for free 15 minute consultation.

  2. Provide some history of any medical or therapy recommendations, past training routines, meal and supplement plans.

  3. Tell me what you what to accomplish with your physique.  Example: lose fat, gain weight, build lean muscle mass, increase focus and energy, meal and supplement planning/recommendations, lower body fat percentage or prep for an important event or a show.

  4. Determine where you would like to work out – in home or at a fitness center/gym.

  5. Determine how many sessions you would like to purchase.

  6. Pay by Check, credit card or cash before sessions get started.

  7. Payment arrangements can be made.

  8. 24 hour notice must be given for canceling appointments or 1 session will be charged.

  9. If training session goes longer than 60 minutes, client will be billed every 15 minutes.

  10. Determine a date, day and time that fits your schedule to start training.
